Poor Fit

Ordered a medium, to replace my ancient GoLite raincoat that I've been wearing for years. I'm not sure how they measured this jacket, or what their QA/QC process is, but the medium fits fine around the waist, arms, and neck, but the chest must be an XL or XXL equivalent. On the plus side, I might be able to wear it over a pack. On the minus side, I'm not sure I can wear it without one.
