It feels great to have an ecologically responsible piece of gear that performs

I've been using the ReScooba for about four months in the Pacific Northwest. The fit is great as is the look. It feels "cool" to the touch, slightly shiny, and smooth. I've had the opportunity to wear it hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, and around town. It does a great job of keeping me dry when it's raining and warm while dry. It breathes well so I didn't feel like I was sweating a ton as I climbed. It doesn't have that "special" smell that some synthetics can develop after a few uses. It also doesn't pick up any of my lab's hair, which is a huge bonus given she's yellow and I have the black. The only thing it's missing is a drawstring for the hood so I can cinch it down when the weather gets really bad. DISCLAIMER: I'm a GoLite affiliate.

    Interested in this jacket....

Does it have thumb holes? How does it compare warmth-wise to a 100wt fleece? Thanks!!

Hi Paul, This item does not have thumb holes. I would say this would be closer to 250wt and with the tighter weave and DWR treatment, it will surely have more weather resistance than a traditional fleece. Hope that helps!
