The ReFill Eco100 features signature GoLite ReGreen fabric utilizing Da.Ai collected and recycled green bottles, ensuring that all are true post-consumer waste. Using the green bottles eliminates the need for dying, further reducing the ecological footprint. Colored plastic bottles are less desirable and often go unrecycled into landfills. The Jacket also features Primaloft® Silver Eco Fill – 100gm in the body and 60GM in the sleeves and an eco-DWR finish for sustainable protection in variable weather conditions.

Green bottles arn't typically desired since they can't be re-dyed. We embraced the natural green color from these bottles eliminating the need to re-dye the fabric. Let's just say it's green in more ways than one.

Collecting Green Bottles

It all starts with collecting the green plastic bottles which are often left in landfills. They are then cleaned and shredded into chips. 

Creating the Fabric

Then the chips are melted, extruded, and spun into high strength, high performance, and super comfortable yarns. The fabric is then digitally printed, reducing the water needed for dying. 

Finished Products

Our ReGreen products save over 50% of the energy normally required to make fabric. By utilizing the green color from the bottles, as opposed to dying, we further reduce water consumption by up to 80%.
