HOW DO I SIGN UP TO RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL NEWSLETTER?
You can sign up for the email list at the bottom of this page. We promise to “GoLite” on messaging and will only reach out when we have new product launches or promotions to share.
HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR EMAIL NEWSLETTER?
If you have opted in to receive our emails and no longer wish to receive them, you may unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in our emails. Or, contact us directly at email@example.com to be removed.
IS THE WEBSITE SECURE?
To make your shopping experience smooth, simple and secure we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. You should see a closed padlock or unbroken key (depending on your browser) to the left of the website URL assuring you that the site is secure.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax will only be included on product orders shipped to Washington, Kansas and California.
WHERE ELSE CAN I BUY GOLITE?
You can purchase GoLite online at www.golite.com and via select retailers around the country.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GOLITE PRODUCTS
Wash care instructions are located on the internal tags on each product.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards here.
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES?
You may select from a series of shipping options during the checkout phase. Same day shipping is available if you order by Noon Central Time. An order confirmation will be emailed once your order has been placed and confirmed. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, email firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm PST).
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You can then either follow the link provided in your email or enter the tracking number directly in the carrier’s website to get an updated status report of your shipment. If you are unable to find your tracking information, our Customer Service department is always happy to help and can be contacted at email@example.com (Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm PST). Tracking is available 24-hours after your order has shipped.
CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
We do ship internationally. Duties may apply.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you need to modify an order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm PST), as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation requests.
HOW DOES YOUR WARRANTY WORK?
We stand behind all our products and guarantee them to be free of defects and to perform as designed. If you are not 100% satisfied with a GoLite purchase, you may return it for a refund, store credit or gift card. GoLite’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Purchases made on GoLite.com can be returned within 45 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns made past 45 days may be eligible for online store credit. (Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for refund to be applied to your account.)
Gift Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We do not accept the return of GoLite products not purchased at GoLite.com. Those purchases must be returned to the location where the purchase was made and are subject to that store's return policies.
GoLite is under new ownership; any items manufactured prior to June 1, 2018, are not eligible for return.

We are happy to refund your returned item(s) or credit your account. Then you can place a new size/style/color order at any time.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To replace your item(s) with a different size, color or item, please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order or choose Store Credit when initiating the return Here.
