We stand behind all of our products and guarantee them to be free of defects and to perform as designed for the functional lifespan of the garment. If you are not 100% satisfied with a GoLite purchase you may return it for a refund or store credit. GoLite’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Purchases made on GoLite.com can be returned with an original receipt within 60 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges. Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for this to be applied to your account. Returns made past 60 days may be eligible for online store credit.

We do not accept the return of GoLite product not purchased at GoLite.com. Those purchases must be returned at the location where the purchase was made and are subject to their return policies.
GoLite is under new ownership and unfortunately any items manufactured prior to 6/1/18 are not eligible for return.
